An exploratory case series examining a structured hypnotherapy approach in applied practice. The publication offers observations for further inquiry, with claims bounded by its design.

Method

From individual cases to a bounded publication.

The public abstract describes an exploratory mixed-methods case series involving about ten adults, with five representative cases examined in greater detail. Pre/post measures included subjective anxiety ratings and GAD-7, alongside session observations, therapist notes and participant reports.

Interventions / approach

The structured approach described in the paper.

The paper describes the MindShiift Model: progressive relaxation, subconscious emotional processing, regression-style techniques and reinforcement strategies. These are descriptions of the published approach, rather than a treatment recommendation.

Reported observations

Signals that invite further investigation.

The abstract reports lower subjective anxiety ratings and improved GAD-7 scores within the series. Participants also reported changes in emotional resilience, cognitive adaptability, performance and daily routines. These observations are reports from a small exploratory series; they do not establish causation or general effectiveness.

Limitations & future inquiry

Keep the conclusion proportional to the design.

The small exploratory sample limits what can be inferred. The public abstract calls for larger, controlled research. Future inquiry should test the observations with stronger designs and clear outcome measures before broader conclusions are drawn.

Research position

Evidence should deepen curiosity, sharpen judgement and keep claims proportional to what the work can support.
