About · A six-chapter story
Teaching, institutions and the human story.
A career across classrooms, institution building, founder-led work, writing and research.
28+ years of teaching, training and mentoring.
The person behind the work
Strategy with a human purpose.
Sachin Shrivastava is an education leader, institution builder and founder whose work centres on student opportunity and the human capability behind meaningful progress.
Former Founding Head, ALLEN Global, his current work brings together Novitence, UniGenZ, The MindShiift and SAY. Across these distinct initiatives, the question remains: how can people and institutions become more capable?

I
Chapter I · The foundation
Learning from the front of the room.
Private tutoring began in 1998.
Formal teaching began in 2000.
The work was about teaching, guiding and learning how trust grows through individual interactions.
Those rooms established a lasting discipline: listen carefully, make complexity usable and give aspiration a practical structure.

II
Chapter II · The programme
Taking responsibility for the whole.
Academic management widened the frame from delivering a useful session to coordinating the programme around it.
The enduring question was how the people, processes and learning experience could work together reliably.

III
Chapter III · The institution
Building a new global capability.
As Founding Head of ALLEN Global, Sachin worked across the programmes, people and operations of international education.
Institution building brought a wider responsibility: translating a vision into structures that help people make informed decisions.

IV
Chapter IV · The opportunity
Making a global ambition personal.
Every operating model eventually meets one student, one family and one consequential decision.
That proximity reinforced a conviction: ambition needs informed strategy, honest context and human guidance. Global opportunity is a path of increasingly better decisions.
V
Chapter V · The founder chapter
Four initiatives, distinct purposes.
Four founder initiatives connect institutional strategy, global education, human development and social action. Each has a distinct audience and identity.
What connects them is a career-long interest in turning possibility into practical capability.

Chapter VI · The inquiry
Evidence, writing and the work ahead.
Writing and research sit alongside founder-led work. Sachin is the author of The MindShiift Method for Heartbreak and of published exploratory research on clinical hypnotherapy.
These are part of a continuing inquiry into how people and institutions learn, adapt and become more capable.
